At LifeSpring, we believe it is important for candidates to follow a logical, methodical process when learning about the many facets of our opportunity. Having all the information on how our business model works will allow you to make an informed decision.

We have designed a simple step-by-step process that one of our representatives will guide you through over the course of four to six weeks.

Once you have submitted our “Request for Information” form, we will contact you to begin the research process in to all facets of our opportunity. Our goal is to provide you with all the information necessary for you to determine if LifeSpring is a good fit for you and culminate the investigation with a Discovery Day in Norman, Oklahoma.

Your due diligence will include:

  • An introductory call with one of our representatives to understand your goals, timeframe and overall interest in becoming a business owner
  • Learning about the critical components of our business model
    • Licensure and Accreditation requirements
    • Staffing
    • Marketing
    • Training and Support
    • Accounting and Billing
    • Investment and Building Your Business over Time
  • Complete our Confidential Questionnaire, including financial information
  • Review of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), including our detailed Item 19
  • Validate our track record and experience w/franchisees and/or corporate clients
  • Discovery Day

The time frame to complete the due diligence process outlined above typically takes between four to six weeks. At the end of this process, we will invite you to a Discovery Day at our Corporate Headquarters in Norman, Oklahoma. You will spend an entire day with our management team and staff to provide you with a comprehensive view of our opportunity.

At the end of the process, should we all believe it will be a mutually-beneficial partnership, we will invite you to join our LifeSpring family.





Our initial investment range is from $192,400 up to $309,200. This range covers all costs associated with the launch of your new business, as well as licensure and accreditation requirements and the one-time purchase price for the Point of Care Software system.

A net worth of $500,000, along with $100,000 in liquid capital is our minimum requirements from a financial standpoint. A strong secondary income, whether from a working spouse, retirement investments, etc. is also beneficial.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are detailed oriented

  • Have background experience in networking, relationship-building and understand the importance of customer service
  • Possess strong management and/or marketing skills
  • Meet our minimum financial requirements of $500,000 net worth with $100,000 liquid capital
  • Are ready for the challenges, and successes, that come with starting your own business

Our ideal candidate does not necessarily need to have a medical background or experience in the health care field. We will help you identify the clinical staff positions required to deliver the services, provide all the necessary up-front and on-going training to run a successful LifeSpring franchise, and assist you with the licensure/accreditation requirements for your state or local area.

Your role is to oversee the day-to-day operations, manage your staff, build relationships within the medical community and drive and grow your referral network.
